The full-sized and golf-cart parking spots on the property are under the ownership of Sol Vista Homeowners Association and under the control of the Board of Directors.
Member use of these spaces is specifically licensed to individuals that have a residence in Sol Vista. All vehicles must have current California Registration and all applicable city stickers that designate the Sol Vista address as the same address that is on the city permit.
Vehicles that are parked on the premises without proper authorization may be towed or ticketed.
There is no parking in walkways, cart paths or designated no parking zones and fire lanes.
The list for full-size parking spots is provided for members of the association to keep apprised of where they are in line.
Failure to keep monthly dues current and in good standing will delete the name from the existing spot on the waiting list. The name will be put at the bottom of the list at that time. Additionally, failure to keep current with monthly dues may result in cancellation of either or both the golf cart and full-size spot and possible removal from the full-size parking list permanently.
No spare parts, tires etc. are allowed in the parking areas. Vehicles must be operational
