Dear Sol Vista Residents,
This month’s newsletter provides updates on various community aspects and the status of amenities at Sol Vista in Avalon.
We are aware that the jacuzzi has been out of service, and our team has been actively addressing the maintenance issues. We anticipate that the jacuzzi will be fully operational shortly. Further updates will be provided as progress is made.
As summer approaches, we would like to remind residents to familiarize themselves with the community guidelines, particularly those pertaining to the use of common areas and amenities. Adherence to these guidelines is essential in maintaining a well-ordered and enjoyable environment for all.
In addition, we encourage residents to remain vigilant and report any observed maintenance issues or concerns related to community spaces promptly. Timely reporting enables our team to address problems efficiently and maintain the high standards that define Sol Vista in Avalon.
We have also hired Jorge Leon to handle the website and he will be responsible for posting important
information dealing with all things Sol Vista concerned.
