About Us

Sol Vista Homeowners Association has a Board of Directors that have been elected to enforce and oversee the homeowner’s associations rules and regulations. These rules and regulations are described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions commonly known as the CC&R’s. A copy of the CC&R’s for Sol Vista is available in the document section of this website. The CCR’s set certain conditions for the homeowners about the maintenance of their properties. These condition sometimes a constructional restriction, landscaping changes, aesthetic choices, parking availability and restrictions, etc. The Homeowners Association is responsible to set and enforce community rules, protect property values, provide services and amenities and facilities for the homeowners while providing self-governance of the operations.
